Home Building Insurance

Building Insurance from Henderson Insurance - Click for a QuoteHome Building Insurance provides that vital piece of mind should something happen to probably the most expensive item you possess, your home.

Building Insurance will be a requirement of your mortgage lender to protect their interest.

Building Insurance for your home from Henderson Insurance

Home Building Insurance policies offered by mortgage provider are no longer compulsory and tend to be more expensive than a policy with Henderson Insurance.

Henderson Insurance has many insurers to choose from, providing excellent rates, and giving you a better choice from the market for your individual requirements.

Building Insurance does not just mean covering the actual property. It also includes garages, outbuildings, sheds, paths, drives, walls, swimming pools and hot tubs, although we may not all be lucky enough to have a pool or hot tub.

Building Insurance cover needs to be for the full cost of rebuilding your property, including removal of debris and professional fees.

Full Accidental Damage cover is an optional extra on buildings insurance which is not normally a costly addition to the policy and is highly recommended. Family Legal Protection cover is also added to all of our Building Insurance policies.
